We are ecstatic to announce the creation of two truly remarkable fashion presentations.
The first will be held at The (Kentucky) Derby Day Affair on May 6th, 2017 at Nicollet Island Pavilion. This Fashion Show combines runway, pedestal, stairway and cafe elements into a single show. Three show sets start with show vintage treatments of Derby Attire from the 20’s, 40’s and 60’s and are followed on by current interpretation of these eras with today’s designers. We seek 10 men and 10 women to participate in the “runway” show, though there is no runway! There are, however, pedestals, stages, staircases and walkways. We also need additional “static” models for a variety of roles throughout the day.
The Derby Day Fashion Show runs between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm. The event runs to 7:00 pm and is followed by the Post Parday at Muse. Hats will be worn. There will be a rehearsal on Friday May 5th from 6 to 9pm at Nicollet Island Pavilion.
Each model receives a gift bag including professional beauty, health, wellness and culinary products and store certificates valued over $110 as well as two tickets to The Polo Classic ($70), two tickets to Polo en Blanc ($70) and two tickets to Post Parday ($50) for a total exceeding $300.
The second will be held at Polo en Blanc on August 4th, 2017 at the Twin Cities Polo Club. This Fashion show features dancers, models, ballerinas, gymnasts, acrobats, fire dancers and more in a presentation of fashions all in white. From feathers to furs, haute couture to body paint, bikinis, ball gowns and baroque, the Polo en Blanc Fashion Show will memorize. We seek 100 athletic individuals to participate in the show.
If you are interested in being involved in our Fashion events in a capacity other than a model (stylist, hair, makeup, designer, retailer, etc), blue use our Contact Form and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
